History

The available documentation shows us a medieval town belonging to the Kingdom of Aragon. In Teruel, the Aragonese Knights are summoned by King Pedro II to attend one of the most emblematic battles of the medieval West.

A crusade unleashed in Hispanic territory that would end with the unexpected victory of the Christians against a much larger Muslim army: Las Navas de Tolosa.

We know that the eldest of the Marcillas (the Lover's family) participated in said confrontation and we will have the second brother accompany him.
